Refreshing cranberry-matcha mocktail with kombucha

The matcha adds an earthy balance, while kombucha brings a bubbly kick, creating a mocktail that's as eye-catching as it is packed with wellness benefits. Ingredients (1)
Warm water 50 ml
Biotona bio Premium Matcha 1 teaspoon
Biotona bio Cranberry 2 tablespoon
Kombucha 150 ml
Ice cubes 3-4
Lime slices 2
Frozen cranberries Small handful
Mint leaves For decoration
Necessities
Small jug or bowl
Small whisk
  • Prepare the Biotona bio Premium Matcha in a small jug or bowl by adding the matcha powder to the warm water and beating with the small whisk until the power is completely dissolved.
  • Put the ice cubes, lemon slices and frozen cranberries into a glass.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of Biotona bio Cranberry and the 150 ml of kombucha to the glass.
  • Add the matcha shot to the glass and garnish the resulting mixture with fresh mint leaves.
  • Serve this colourful matcha-cranberry creation as a festive drink and enjoy its unique combination of flavours! Tip: The level of sweetness of this mocktail depends of the flavour of the kombucha. Do you want a sweeter mocktail? If so, dissolve two teaspoons of honey or syrup in the warm matcha shot before adding it to the mocktail mix.
