|Avocado, ripe||1 medium|
|Biotona Chlorella + Spirulina shot||1 sachet|
|Lime juice||1 tablespoon|
|Sea salt||To taste|
|Cherry tomatoes||4, halved or quartered|
|Sesame seeds, black or white||1 teaspoon|
|Mixing bowl, fork|
- Toast the bread to your liking.
- Cut avocado in halves, remove the pit and the skin.
- In a small bowl, mash half of the avocado with lime juice, Biotona Chlorella + Spirulina shot and sea salt. Slice the second half of the avocado.
- Spread mashed avo mixture on the bread, top with sliced avocado, cherry tomatoes and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
