Pink breakfast granola pizza

A pizza for breakfast? Why not! This nutritious pizza contains, amongst other things, Biotona Power Granola Boost. It is a delicious combination of tasty and super-crispy sprouted buckwheat, freeze-dried red fruits, maca powder, nuts and cacao nibs, with an added touch of coconut blossom nectar. The result is a scrumptious, crunchy, gluten-free and easy-to-digest granola that gives you the boost of energy you need to get your day off to a flying start!

Ingredients (4 servings)
Biotona Power Granola Boost 125 g
Coconut oil 2 tablespoons
Almond butter 2 tablespoons
Coconut yoghurt 120 ml
Berries of choice 1 cup
Fresh mint leaves For garnish
Necessities
Mixing bowl, saucepan with hot water, plate, baking paper, freezer
  • Add coconut oil and almond butter to the mixing bowl placed over a saucepan with hot water. Mix until coconut oil melts completely.
  • Remove the bowl from over the saucepan, add 1 cup of Biotona Power Granola Boost and mix really well, until granola is well coated in the melted mixture.
  • Place a sheet of baking paper on a freezer safe plate or dish. Transfer the mixture from the bowl on the baking paper. Form a round shape with a spoon. It will look like the mixture is not sticking together, but this will change after freezing. Place the plate or dish in the freezer for at least one hour.
  • Take out from the freezer and top with coconut yoghurt and berries of choice. Decorate with fresh mint leaves and serve.
