Mixing bowl, saucepan with hot water, plate, baking paper, freezer |
- Add coconut oil and almond butter to the mixing bowl placed over a saucepan with hot water. Mix until coconut oil melts completely.
- Remove the bowl from over the saucepan, add 1 cup of Biotona Power Granola Boost and mix really well, until granola is well coated in the melted mixture.
- Place a sheet of baking paper on a freezer safe plate or dish. Transfer the mixture from the bowl on the baking paper. Form a round shape with a spoon. It will look like the mixture is not sticking together, but this will change after freezing. Place the plate or dish in the freezer for at least one hour.
- Take out from the freezer and top with coconut yoghurt and berries of choice. Decorate with fresh mint leaves and serve.
