Blueberry maqui ice cream
You love ice cream but want to keep things healthy? This is the recipe you have been looking for! Biotona Maqui not only gives this ice-cream a wonderful colour but also offers you a serious portion of anti-oxidants. Great to look at, easy to make, delicious to taste and good for your waistline!

Bananas, ripe | 2 medium (± 190 g without skin) |
Blueberries, frozen | 1 cup (± 130 g) |
Biotona Maqui powder | ½ tablespoon |
Biotona Coconut water powder | 1 tablespoon |
Coconut blossom syrup or maple syrup | 4 tablespoons |
Coconut milk | 1 cup (240ml) |

Blender, freezer proof container |
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a freezer proof container and place in the freezer for a minimum of 4 hours, or until solid.
- Take out of the freezer 10 minutes before serving, so it softens a little bit and is easier to work with. It also makes scooping easier if you pass your ice cream spoon or scoop under warm water before scooping each ball of ice cream.
- Scoop ice cream to bowls or cones and serve immediately.
