Avocado moringa dressing
This dressing gives you a natural multi-vitamin boost, thanks to the addition of Biotona Moringa. The leaves of the moringa tree are packed with vitamins and minerals, making them an ideal way to supplement and enrich your daily diet. The moringa tree is widely regarded as the most ‘usable’ tree on earth. Almost every part of it can be processed into food or some other useful commodity. The tree, and especially its leaves with their high nutritional value, are also used to combat malnutrition in developing countries. Little wonder that the versatile moringa is sometimes called the ‘miracle tree’! Last but not least, this dressing also contains lots of health-giving unsaturated fatty acids, thanks to the addition of olive oil and avocado.

Extra virgin olive oil, | 4 tablespoons |
Juice of half a lime | ½ lime |
Maple syrup or raw honey | ½ tablespoon |
Garlic | 1 clove |
Biotona Moringa | 1 teaspoon |
Himalayan salt | ½ teaspoon |
Water, filtered | 4-5 tablespoons or more if needed |

Hand (immersion) blender |
- Blend all the ingredients with an immersion blender until smooth and creamy. Add more water if needed for a thinner consistency.
- Drizzle on all types of salads. Store the remaining dressing in the fridge, in a closed jar.
