Protein hot chocolate
This hot chocolate milk is rich in protein, making it the ideal way to warm you up on a cold winter’s day. You can also drink it after your daily dose of physical exercise or training. The presence of Biotona Veggie protein provides your body with everything it needs to recover after physical activity. The addition of coconut blossom syrup gives the drink a deliciously sweet (but healthy!) flavour. Is your mouth watering already?

Coconut blossom syrup | 1 tablespoon |
Biotona Veggie protein | 1 tablespoon |
Biotona Cacao powder | 1 tablespoon |
Hot water | 240 ml |
Sea salt | A pinch |
Optionally: | |
Oat milk, warm | 30 ml |
Cinnamon | A pinch |

Blender |
- Add Biotona Coconut milk powder, coconut blossom syrup, Biotona Veggie protein, Biotona Cacao powder, sea salt and hot (but not boiling) water to the blender. Blend until smooth, like you would do with a smoothie.
- Pour in a mug. If desired, make foam from 30ml warm oat milk (barista version works best here) and add it to the mug. You can also sprinkle a dash of cinnamon on top.
