Ice coffee: latte with chlorella and spirulina
This invigorating green latte contains all the nutritional goodness of micro-algae, thanks to the combination of chlorella and spirulina with deliciously tasty vegetable milk. Chlorella and spirulina are both super-rich in proteins, chlorophyll, vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants. There is no better way to start your day. What's more, this coffee is also great for recovery after sport or strenuous activity, whilst also helping you to keep your weight in check.

Biotona bio Chlorella + Spirulina Raw | 1 teaspoon |
Warm (not boiling) water | 60 ml |
Plant milk of choice, cold | 200 ml |
Ice cubes | ½ cup |

Natural sweetener of choice | To taste |

Small mixing bowl, electric whisk or bamboo whisk |
- Whisk the chlorella & spirulina powder with ¼ cup of warm water, using either an electric whiskor a bamboo whisk.
- Pour the mixture to a glass, over ice cubes. Fill up the glass with cold plant milk of your choice.
- If desired - add natural sweetener of choice (for example maple or agave syrup) to your taste.
- Serve and enjoy.
- Tip: If you prefer warm latte, just skip the ice and fill the glass or mug with hot plant milk.
