Healthy chocolate milk with raw cacao, hazelnut and ashwagandha

Did you know that chocolate milk can still be just as tasty even without piles of sugar? With this simple recipe for healthy chocolate milk you can enjoy a heartwarming and nourishing moment of delicious pampering. Biotona bio Cacao powder raw is 100% pure and unsweetened, which not only offers a rich and deep chocolate flavour, but also provides a boost of natural energy. The roasted hazelnuts give the milk a delightfully mild hint of nuttiness, as well adding a number of healthy fats to the recipe. Stirring in a teaspoon of Biotona bio Ashwagandha makes this healthy chocolate milk complete, bringing extra vitality and greater balance. Ideal as a pick-me-up snack between meals, but also a perfect way to end the day for a relaxing night’s sleep.

Ingredients (1)
Hazelnuts, roasted 40 g
Hot water 250 ml
Agave syrup 1 tablespoon
Biotona bio Ashwagandha 1 teaspoon
Biotona bio Cacao powder Raw 1 tablespoon
Vanilla, ground ¼ teaspoon

  • Put all the ingredients into the blender and mix for roughly 1 minute until you have a smooth and creamy consistency.
  • Serve in your favourite mug, first passing the mixture through a sieve (if necessary), and enjoy the milk’s delicious boost of natural energy.
  • Tip: You can also use 250 ml of warm hazelnut milk instead of the hazelnuts and hot water. Is your blender not suitable for making warm drinks? If so, mix the ingredients cold and then gradually warm them up in a pan, but without bringing the milk to the boil.
