Ginger matcha latte
You don’t need to go to a coffee bar to enjoy a ginger matcha latte. With this simple recipe, you can enjoy one at home! Biotona Ginger adds just the right amount of punch to pick you up at any time of day, while Biotona Matcha is bursting with anti-oxidants that help to focus your mind – as well as tasting really great!

Oat or coconut milk | 1 cup (240 ml) |
Biotona Matcha | 1 teaspoon |
Biotona Ginger | ¼ to ½ teaspoon |

Blender or frother, small saucepan |
- Add oat or coconut milk to a small saucepan and warm on the stove until hot, but not boiling.
- Remove from heat, add Biotona Matcha and Biotona Ginger.
- You can either mix and froth your latte in the saucepan using a milk frother, or shortly blend in a blender until smooth and foamy.
- Pour in a mug and enjoy warm!
