Strawberry carrot ginger smoothie
Feeling listless? A busy and tiring period? Sometimes we need a pick-me-up to give us a real boost of energy. This smoothie will help you to burst with new-found vitality. It is packed full with vitamins, including vitamin C from Biotona Camu camu + Acerola, strawberries and grapefruit juice, and vitamin A from carrots.

| Strawberries, frozen | 6 |
| Carrot, peeled and chopped | 1 small |
| Apple, cored (optionally peeled) and chopped | 1 small |
| Almond butter | 1 teaspoon |
| Ginger, fresh, peeled | 1 cm long piece (or sub ½ teaspoon of ginger powder) |
| Biotona Camu camu + Acerola | 1 teaspoon |
| Grapefruit juice (substitute: orange juice) | ¾ cup |

| Raw honey for extra sweetness | 1 teaspoon |

- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high speed for about 60 seconds, until completely smooth.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
