Green barley grass mojito
This fantastic virgin cocktail is as green as grass, thanks to the presence of a dried powder made from the juice of young barley grass. The shoots of barley grass are one of the richest sources of nutrition in the world! Barley grass juice contains high concentrations of minerals, enzymes and vitamins (A, B, C and E). In addition, it is rich in proteins and has large quantities of chlorophyll and anti-oxidants. - Put all the ingredients for the mojito into the blender.
- Mix until you have a luxuriant smoothie.
