Chai Hot Chocolate
What could be nicer in winter than a delicious cup of heart-warming chocolate? This Chai chocolate milk is a healthy version of this traditional winter drink. Thanks to the addition of Biotona Cacao powder, it is not only packed full with anti-oxidants, but also has a beneficial effect on your general mood and alertness. Which is exactly what we need during the dark days of winter!

| Unsweetened oat milk | 1,5 cup |
| Water | 1 cup |
| Biotona Cacao powder | 4 tablespoons |
| Biotona Coconut Milk | 2 tablespoons |
| Chai spice mix | 1 teaspoon |
| Vanilla powder | ½ teaspoon |
| Coconut blossom syrup or maple syrup | 1 tablespoon |

| Coconut cream | 2 tablespoons |

- Pour oat milk and water into a pan and heat until very hot and steamy, but not boiling.
- Transfer milk mixture into a blender, add Biotona Cacao powder, Biotona Coconut Milk, chai spice mix, vanilla powder and coconut blossom syrup or maple syrup. Blend until smooth and frothy.
- Pour into cups and enjoy immediately. Optionally, top your hot chocolate with some coconut cream and/or a dash of Biotona Cacao powder.
