| Coriander, fresh, chopped | 2 cups |
| Juice of half a lemon | ½ |
| Celtic salt | ½ teaspoon |
| Cayenne pepper | ½ teaspoon, or to taste |
| Black pepper | To taste |
| Biotona bio Milk thistle | 3 teaspoons |

- Add finely chopped veggies, coriander, lemon juice, salt, cayenne pepper, black pepper and Biotona bio Milk thistle to a large mixing bowl. Toss until well combined.
- Serve on romaine salad boats or gluten free crackers. Store leftover salsa in the fridge for up to 3 days.
