Matcha Collagen Latte

Hot water | 2 tablespoons |
Almond milk | 240 ml |
Grass-fed butter, ghee or extra virgin coconut oil | 1 teaspoon |
Maple syrup | 2 teaspoons |
Physalis Collagen pro | 1 sachet |

Bamboo whisk, small bowl, small saucepan, blender or milk frother |
- Add a teaspoon of Biotona Matcha Extra Premium powder and 2 tablespoons of hot (not boiling) water to a small bowl. Use bamboo whisk to dissolve the powder in water.
- In a small saucepan, heat almond milk (don’t boil). Add butter (or ghee or coconut oil), maple syrup and collagen. Transfer to a blender and blend until frothy or use milk frother to combine and froth the milk.
- Add previously prepared matcha to a mug and top up with frothy milk mixture. Serve and enjoy!
