Matcha Collagen Latte

Are you looking for a replacement for coffee, but one that gives you just as big a boost of energy, yet also has lots of other health-enriching qualities? You are? Then this Collagen Matcha Latte is just what you have been waiting for. It supports good digestion and intestinal health, aids muscle recovery, and gives hair, skin and nails a super beauty-boost! Ideally, you should drink this latte in the morning or shortly after lunchtime, when it can best give you its extra dose of vitality, concentration – and a generally good feeling!

Ingredients
Biotona Matcha Extra Premium 1 teaspoon
Hot water 2 tablespoons
Almond milk 240 ml
Grass-fed butter, ghee or extra virgin coconut oil 1 teaspoon
Maple syrup 2 teaspoons
Physalis Collagen pro 1 sachet
Necessities
Bamboo whisk, small bowl, small saucepan, blender or milk frother
  • Add a teaspoon of Biotona Matcha Extra Premium powder and 2 tablespoons of hot (not boiling) water to a small bowl. Use bamboo whisk to dissolve the powder in water.
  • In a small saucepan, heat almond milk (don’t boil). Add butter (or ghee or coconut oil), maple syrup and collagen. Transfer to a blender and blend until frothy or use milk frother to combine and froth the milk.
  • Add previously prepared matcha to a mug and top up with frothy milk mixture. Serve and enjoy!
