Avocado mayonnaise

| Peper en zout | A pinch of each |
| Mustard | ½ tablespoon |

- Put the avocado in a blender with the olive oil, maple syrup, Biotona Moringa, chives and lemon juice.
- Mix into a smooth sauce and season with the salt, pepper, mustard and a few drops of tabasco.
