Morning Detox
This detox drink with Biotona Ginger and lemon is the best way to start your day. It not only helps to purify your body and to activate your digestion, but also gives a boost to your body’s immunity system. A morning ritual involving very little work, but with a really big positive impact on your health!

| Water | 750 ml |
| Ice-cubes | 250 ml |
| Lemons, peeled | 2 |
| Biotona Ginger powder | ½ teaspoon |
| Mint leaves | 10 |
- Remove the zest from the lemon with a peeler and keep it to one side.
- Completely remove all the white skin from the lemons and cut the lemons into fine slices.
- Put the Biotona Ginger powder, the lemon slices, the lemon zest and the mint into a large jug, together with the water and the ice-cubes, and allow them to infuse for thirty minutes before serving.
- Tip: for all the recipes with plain water, you can also use sparkling water or water kefir to give a lightly fizzy, effervescent effect.
