Aloe vera detoxifying juice
Biotona Bio Aloe Vera Juice is made from the gel that is extracted from the fleshy leaves. The active polysaccharides contained in this gel have excellent hydrating, calming and restorative properties.
Aloe vera juice can also be drunk, which improves your digestion, has a detoxifying effect, and increases your body’s natural resistance.

| cucumber, peeled | ¼ |
| baby spinach (optional) | handful |
| lemon | juice of half lemon |
| filtered water (reduce to ½ cup if making it in a juicer) | 1 cup |
| Biotona aloe vera juice | ¼ cup |
- You can prepare this drink two ways:
- In a blender: blend apple, pear, cucumber, spinach leaves and water on high speed until smooth. Strain if desired. Add lemon juice and aloe vera juice, mix, pour in a glass and serve.
- In a juicer - simply juice apple, pear, cucumber and spinach leaves (if using any). Mix with half cup of filtered water (you can also choose to leave out the water), lemon juice and aloe vera juice. Pour in a glass and serve.
