|Espresso shot (or freshly brewed coffee, strong)||½ cup|
|Plant milk||1 cup|
|Pumpkin puree||2 tablespoons|
|Biotona Maca powder||½ teaspoon|
|Biotona Curcuma||¼ teaspoon|
|Biotona Ginger||¼ teaspoon|
|Biotona Maple syrup||2 teaspoons or to taste|
|Biotona Pumpkin seeds||1 tablespoon|
|Coconut cream||1 tablespoon|
|Small saucepan, blender|
- Add plant milk and pumpkin puree to a small saucepan. Stir well and heat until hot and steamy, but not boiling.
- Transfer the liquid to a blender, add coffee, Biotona Maca powder, Biotona Curcuma, cinnamon, Biotona Ginger and Biotona Maple syrup. Blend until smooth and frothy.
- Pour in a glass or mug, optionally add a tablespoon of coconut cream, top with Biotona Pumpkin seeds and a dash of cinnamon.
